The DRF’s mission is: “To achieve accommodation and non-violent relationships between citizens, corporations and other organizations within a democratic and restorative justice framework, thereby profiting citizens, communities and the country by strengthening and expanding the use of mediation and other alternative effective methods of preventing and resolving disputes in Jamaica and the region” The preferred candidate should be comfortable working with a diverse group of stakeholders and beneficiaries, a self- starter with respect for team members, funding and other partners. Knowledge of Human Rights Justice and Development desired Academic Qualification – Minimum • First degree • Project Management Certification Experience • 5 years experience in a management capacity with responsibility for developing work plans and budgets , supervising activities of staff, designing and submitting regular reports against deliverables, knowledge of M&E and procurement. • Good oral and written communication skills, computer skills, aptitude to learn new skills and processes; flexible, team-oriented work style, willingness to travel locally and abord as required.
