We invite applicants from experienced, dynamic, proactive and results oriented professionals to fill the post of Security and Safety Coordinator: JOB SUMMARY Reporting to the Security Management the successful applicants will be responsible for ensuring that all security and safety requirements, policies and procedures are adhered to on the facility. The incumbent is also required to assist with monitoring the compound and facilities to determine potential security weakness and safety concerns. He/She will also assists with monitoring and managing fire hydrants , fire alarm system, security camera systems and access control systems and also prepare reports as necessary. Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required: • A minimum of three (3) years in the Security/Safety industry at the supervisory level. • Must possess good leadership and organizational skills and be able to work on own initiative. • Mature, disciplined and able to meet deadlines • Ability to supervise and motivate staff • OSHA certification a plus • Excellent communication, interpersonal and people management skills • Proficient in Microsoft Word , Excel and PowerPoint • Must be able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays as required Interested persons should send their application with resume by February 1, 2010 to: Email: vacancyplz@gmail.com SHARE THIS JOB
